Requirement of Prerequisite Courses

Dear students, given that course selection (with the exception of the first semester) is carried out by students, it is necessary to exercise sufficient care regarding prerequisite courses when selecting courses. As repeatedly announced in the past few months and through various means – considering previous experiences – failure to observe prerequisite courses will have consequences for students' graduation. For example, when you take two courses concurrently (e.g., course A is a prerequisite for course B), if you receive a failing grade in the prerequisite course (course A), course B must also be dropped in any case. If you observe any such issues in your transcript, please notify the group's expert by visiting the service desk and submitting a request as soon as possible. Please note that at the time of graduation, the approved curriculum of the Ministry of Science (available from the group's webpage) and, consequently, the course chart (available from the group) are the criteria, and not necessarily the Golestan system, which is provided to students to facilitate course selection. It is evident that the Golestan system is managed by educational experts, and it is even possible for an undergraduate student to take a postgraduate course without any issues, which is naturally considered an extra course.
