Internship

This is to inform esteemed students that they should follow the steps below to complete the internship unit:

The student must enter the processing or report number 13840 (Internship Request) to register for the internship course, enter their student number, and click the search option. Select the "Register New Request" option. On the page that opens, enter the internship semester and course number. In the "Full Name of Internship Location" section, register the name of the location. In the "Internship Location Address" section, register the city details, full address, and telephone number. At the end of the page, enter the start and end dates of the internship and select "Yes" for the two options at the bottom of the page, and click the "Create" option to register the request. After the student registers the internship request, the group expert should enter the same processing and, by selecting the "Educational Group" option from the page that opens, enter the name of the internship professor and click the "Confirm" option. In the second stage, select the "Financial Affairs" option and confirm it by the educational group. In the third stage, the Industry Relations unit must confirm this option. The final stage is final confirmation, which the group expert confirms again.
It should be noted that if the group does not register the professor's name in the first stage of confirmation (the "Educational Group" option), and the remaining options remain unconfirmed, the professor will not be able to register the student's grade.
